The Problem

All lawns which are affected by moss are suffering from a lack of nutrition. Depending on the type of moss, it can thrive in damp soils, dry soils or shaded areas, and some lawns suffer more than others. Typically, areas likely to be most affected are those with heavy surface thatch, clay soils or those which have been mowed incorrectly.
