In order to expand our pioneering concept across the UK, we need people who believe in our vision for a chemical free future for lawn care, and have a passion for providing safe, eco-friendly lawns to families. We are NOT just another robotic lawn care franchise; we are an expanding community of expert Associates. We are looking for motivated, innovative and determined people who wish to run their own natural lawn care business under The Great Lawn Company.
Greenkeeping experience is not essential, as our experienced Directors can teach you all you need to know, and our current Associates are always happy to share tips and advice.
The Job…
As an Associate, you will be joining our expanding natural lawn care family. Taking on a territory with thousands of potential verified customers, you will be running your own business with an unrivalled amount of support.
Your diverse and varied role will include tasks such as:
- Two week introductory training course
- Direct canvassing to gain new customers
- Performing lawn analyses and providing quotations
- Carrying out natural and mechanical treatments and aftercare
- Advising clients on their lawn problems and maintenance practices
- Reporting and administration
- Attending Associate meetings and training days as required
